Listening is Key. This weeks episode I wanted to go over taking the time to just listen. Sometimes we want to add in our own feelings and expertise, but just paying attention and listening can get you so much more information in a conversation and negotiations. In this episode I talk about why it can be important to just listen and stay focused on the conversation. My father has a saying "you have two eyes, two ears, and one mouth... use them accordingly".
